I stopped into their shop to ask advice on my 2007 Mercury Mariner (with 226k miles) hybrid that wouldn’t start, after it sat a few weeks, not driven. The warning lite indicated the main hybrid battery had finally went dead. Before I called a junk yard to have it towed, I figured I’d at least ask for any advice. I had an issue with my 04 Prius that was misdiagnosed at two other shops. These folks got it figured out quickly and fortunately it was a pretty inexpensive repair. Service was fast and friendly. Will come back the next time I need work on my prius!
