Had a great experience with Jeff this week. We needed someone last minute to help with appliances and plumbing, and it just happened to work in his schedule. I'm glad it did; he is professional and knows exactly what needs to be done.
Jeff is truly amazing. He has been my go to guy for so many repairs in my condo for the past 7 years. He is always prompt in replying and is exacting in his work. He really goes above and beyond in his service. He communicates his arrival time, he looks at every single thing, he even goes beyond his service in talking to my neighbors when I have a community issue.
