I contacted Home Offer Heroes, and although they responded promptly, I sensed a lack of interest in helping me. I was eager to find out how much they would offer for our home, but the representative I spoke with mentioned that they couldn't provide an offer since our home is currently listed. She advised me to reach out again once the listing expires. However, I have been told that they can still give an estimate and make an offer on a house even while it is listed. This leaves me puzzled as to why they chose not to.
