AZ Homebuyers was great to work with in selling an inherited home in **********, while I live in ********. All of my questions (and there were a lot of them!) were answered. Emails and phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. ****** offered more than competitors, the purchase agreement was very straight forward with no contingencies, and put $30,000 in escrow with a few hours after signing agreement. I definitely would recommend this outstanding company.

Selling my dads home was daunting. I vetted over a dozen buyers. I had an outstanding experience and highly recommend ****** with AZ Home Buyer. I got several offers before deciding upon him, and it was excruciating to have to deal with pushy representatives from other companies. Not so with ******. He was transparent, kept his commitments, and he talked to me with genuineness. There is a reason that he is so highly rated. He makes a fair offer, ensures that the process is seamless, and makes it clear that he wants the seller have a favorable outcome.

I live in ******** but inherited a property in a 55+ community what was once occupied by my mom in ********** but leased to a tenant for the last 6+ years. I highly recommend AZ Home Buyer, *************************** (owner) if you are looking to sell your home for cash. I recently sold my parents home. The house was in excellent shape on the outside, but dated on the inside. I knew that I did not want to take on the project of a remodel. AZ Home Buyer is highly rated on ****** and the BBB.
