My lights were installed 12/18/2019. By 12/24 they no longer worked I followed instructions from AZ Holiday to get them back on but it did not work. They told me it was because of the rain? My neighbors lights were all working so this did not make sense. Theresa yelled at me over the phone as if i did not comprehend what she was telling me. I told her I would not argue with her, she said they would be out on Friday to fix them but she continued to yell at me so I hung up. They do an amazing job. On time and very friendly. They do a very professional job and always come back and do fixes. Would highly recommend.

I used Arizona Holiday Lighting for the past three years. The first two years everything went fine. Last year some of the lights didn’t light up right from the beginning, lights were put down the side of my house where I told them not to put them so they wouldn’t shine in my neighbor’s bedroom and lights that were supposed to be put across my patio we’re only halfway across. I have used this company for residential Christmas lights for 3 years now. They provide full service and supply the lights. They do a great job with install and removal by the second week of January per my HOA rules. They have prompt service for repairs or outages. My only complaint is that I have to leave a message every time e I call and wait for a callback but it usually doesn’t take very long.
