Beware of AZ Health Insurance Brokers. They sold me a sham "Core/Anthem PPO" plan, misrepresenting it as legitimate Anthem Blue Cross coverage. Advisors Tayler Busak and Ethan J. We were initially hopeful working with Ethan—he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did help us secure health insurance. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to consistently poor communication. It often took days to get a response to our calls or texts, and sometimes we were simply ignored.
