This is the only place that will touch my Onin Generator. Chuck is a master mechanic for Onin and Chuck and Rick are really great guys to work with. Highly recommend!
This place is #1 !!! Every time they come to our home to fix our generator I tell everyone I see how awesome they are. Thank you, Kirk for always being so awesome and keeping our generator running smooth.
I wish these were the first guys I called. They scheduled my appointment about a week out. They sent me appointment confirmations leading up to it. They're mobile technicians and called ahead to let me know when they were on their way. Chuck and Rick got my generator troubleshooted, and the carburetor replaced within 1 hr. They were really informative on some preventative maintenance that I should be doing for my carburetor. Respectful, friendly, and professional. They accept credit card too.
These guys are very friendly. They promptly answer the phone and answered all my questions. Unfortunately they don't work on my brand generator but they did refer me to a shop that does very nice of them I would use these folks if they can help you out they were responsive
