Love this shop! Years ago they had the best price (over $400 less installed than Discount Tire) on 285's for my 4Runner. Been back three times for new sets of tires installed on our RAM TRX (including today/Xmas Eve). Always friendly, engaging and well worth the drive! Brings back memories of similar/family owned small tire shops back East and MUCH rather give my business to them than the big franchises with $ addendum fees, ever changing staff and them trying to upsell warranties/etc. I don't want. super fast and not badly priced
I came to this service center to change two tires on my trailer. While the employee was removing the wheels, he dropped the last tire on the plastic Oil Hub and broke it, leaking all the oil. I couldn't continue driving, tried to fix it, and they became aggressive, asking me to move the car, and called the police. While putting the wheels back on, I stripped the threads on three nuts and lost two. They refused to compensate for the damage.
