I took my daughter here for a few years, our HSA always paid the bills without me having to do anything. Apparently, my HSA stopped the automatic payments without my knowledge. It shouldn't have been a big deal, the billing dept should have notified me, billed me, something! But no! Instead of EVER making me aware that there were unpaid bills, they waited over a YEAR and then sent my account to a collection agency! A freaking collection agency!!!!! Been coming here for years! Staff is always friendly! The councelors are awesome! Been through plenty of bad councelors and I've seen a few different ones in this office and never had any issues. Definitely recommend this office!
No assistance for the poor..if your sick and on state insurance this place does not accept any AHCCCSinsurance and you can continue to be sick. Shame on this society.
