On Christmas Eve our house was red tagged and the gas was completely cut off. The gas company left us with no heat, hot water or stove but Quality came regardless of the holiday. They identified three leaks and fixed them and most wonderfully they got the state inspector and the gas company out to turn on the gas so we could have heat. The company cares about people and will be there in your time of need. Thank you Quality!
Quoted a price, and when asked if there were any other fees, were told no. Ended up being charged $200 over the quoted price, no explanation. Two guys for a one man job, we went to get parts while they worked on their truck in our driveway, completely unprofessional, and the secretary hung up on us when we tried to explain our confusion and frustration with the poor communication. Very unprofessional, rude, and overall awful experience. I do not recommend under any circumstance. Awful business.
