DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM!!! Originally, I was promised a turnaround time of 2 to 5 days for our results on the day of collection by Eliot; seemingly the only employee of this company. Upon day 6 of not receiving any results, I began to call, leave voicemails, and send text messages on a near daily basis. I did not receive a response until 11 days later. We selected this service based on the glowing reviews and convenience of a mobile lab service. We should have looked elsewhere, however, from the first moment when their lack of communication sparked suspicions. They do not respond to inquiries submitted through their online forms or via email, and we were only able to connect with someone over the phone.
