Awful service doesn't answer the phone and ignores calls always a problem with the car now even has a gearbox problem
Purchased a CMax grand on 20/07. Has been in the garage 4 times with sticky clutch. Now had a new clutch. I do NOT blame AZ cars, they could not have been more helpful and have paid to replace the clutch. They used Gas garage in Dagenham, again very helpful. I would give AZ cars my repeat business. Replied to calls and text messages with no hesitation.
I purchased a used Jaguar XE 2.0d from AZ Cars in January 2024 after seeing it advertised online. I felt the car was very competitively priced indeed, as were all the other cars on the forecourt. It was in very good condition, exactly as advertised and came with 6 months warranty and 12 months AA breakdown cover. The forecourt is located in a compound in the corner of a run down industrial estate and the first impressions are that it isn't the most salubrious of premises.
