Worst experience ever there’s no communication.. my loan didn’t go through even though I was told a day before yes and I made a deposit. My sales man Dom said will get that refund to you in 3 business days don’t worry . I called today asking for my refund since it’s been past 3 business day to be told “ we haven’t process a refund” we need a picture of your card. At this Point I was upset, why would u tell me you’ll get this taken care off and not communicate on what I need. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Worst experience ever Kyle and Burnell flores worst salesman they said I had got approved and now they don't even answer their phone don't go here for a new or pre used car they waste your time why go if at the end of the day they try to give u a car that you don't want ridiculous
Go somewhere else if you're looking for a used car. They will lie about issues with the car and when you try and get them fixed they aren't willing to work with you. Of course only after bouncing you around to multiple people because they don't want to deal with you once they've gotten your money. First and last time being a customer here.
