He takes forever to do the job. He broke the the cover on my AC unit and never replaced it. Update: my mini split unit was not cool so I called a professional. Brandon did not install it correctly and it was leaking coolant. A lousy install is not covered by warranty. It will cost me $1500 to repair. He also double tapped a breaker instead of installing a new one. Stay away from Brandon

We were referred to AC Werx through a personal friend. Brandon (owner), who lives on the other side of the valley, was able to get out within 24 hours to fix one of our two AC units that had stopped running. As it turns out, he was able to identify the problem quickly and performed the service necessary to get it up and running that evening (on the roof after 10pm) as well as some maintenance on the other one to avoid the same issue. I had all the big name dealers come and try to sell me a heat/ac system ...Cloud 9 won the bid because he was strait forward with his answers ,offers great selection ,Included cleaning and sanitizing of all ducts .. But the best part is he went under my house so we and cloud 9 had no costly surprises ... .. Brandon was the only service rep that did this ... What a great team he has to back him up also THANKS Cloud 9
Upon troubleshooting a failed A/C unit I found out that it needed to be replaced. Cloud 9 was able to come the next morning and installed a new unit in 4 hours. It was a very expensive repair but the technician/Sales Rep Brandon walked me through all my options. The new A/C unit is much better than my old one and they cut out a bigger exhaust vent in my ceiling to improve airflow. The whole staff from top to bottom was courteous and professional.
