I have been having car problems for months and have taken it to more than three shops to find the problem. Some of the shops, charged me to look at the car but weren’t able to diagnose the problem. These folks are great people. Very friendly staff. Manager Jessi is very helpful and knowledgeable. They took great care of me with a Transmission Control Relay making my car run great again! I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

This place was AWESOME!!! What great customer service!! I walked in and the facility is clean, organized, smelled fantastic and right away I was greeted with a smile. I had a simple oil change and they also checked the temperature of my AC. It was done quickly and they provided a shuttle service so that I could make it back to work. Professionals is what come to mind when I've had my car serviced by Az Automasters, I highly recommend them. I will be coming back for sure!
This place is a joke.......Here's why.....I First looked them up on google, I called and had to wait for someone to get back to me with a quote on replacing my rear shocks. The gal that called me back was Jesse. This place is GARBAGE I First looked them up on google, I called and had to wait for someone to get back to me with a quote on replacing my rear shocks. The gal that called me back was Jesse. She told me $160 out the door no tax or anything else. I then asked her again since I have never heard of a auto repair shop having an even price like that. The Most Well Rounded Service Ever!!! I was very impressed with the overall experience at AZ Automasters. Not only was the facility high class, but the prices were unbeatable, the customer service was incredible, the repair work was high quality and honorable work, and on top of that, they gave my daughter and I a ride to and from the mall while we waited!! That earned a WOW from me and I think I've found my shop for life!! Thanks Mike!
