Found this place after buying a truck that needed a look at the ac. Ac couldn’t be addressed because he wasn’t fixing something that couldn’t be truthfully diagnosed at the time. The owner Aaron walked me through the modifications that were done to my vehicle, which was great because I didn’t have a clue. Charles got me set up with great customer service. Charles is wonderful! The service was quick, the customer service was amazing, shop is clean as well. As a woman it’s hard to find a shop that doesn’t feel like they will take advantage of me, but Charles quickly assessed my car (within a few hours of dropping it off), explained in detail what he wanted to upgrade/repair, and the paperwork had the most detailed log of what was done to my car! Will be returning!
Amazingly fast service, did tie rods, oil change and alignment done it 1 hour and I’m not kidding. These guys run the shop as just a 2 man gig so you can very much trust them. They will tell you the truth and let you watch them while they work on you’re vehicle. I’ve never seen service like this before. Kind of like a nascar pit stop with guaranteed quality. Aaron the owner is a good guy. You will be in good hands here. Shop is located right next door to big Jim’s exhaust FYI.
What a great place. Came here got my brakes done, I was close to work, did a great job on them, and I got my vehicle back the same day. Dropped it off in the morning it was ready by 2:00. Lots of parking, easy access. I don't take my truck just anywhere, it has to be recommended. :)
*THIRD VISIT WITHIN A MONTH* Recently bought a vehicle that needed a few things looked over. I had tried a few other shops in the area but AZ Auto Works was absolutely the right choice for me.
