Touch up paint didn't match (not their fault), BUT they didn't even bother to tell me before proceeding with wrapping the car in PPF. Quality of work was mediocre (Not wrapping and tucking everywhere other shops do, lifting edges, bubbles, etc). **************** was poor (returned to have issues corrected and they refused). Also tried to overcharge me (added something that I never asked for, nor was it ever quoted to me - a screen protector). Your car was salvaged, repainted poorly (unbeknownst to you), to which our 3 of our professionals recommended you repaint the bumper first due to underlying peeling and bubbling issues in the clear coat BEFORE applying PPF. To which you declined against our strong advice not to proceed and rather to get your money back from the dishonest private sale you engaged in.Moisture under the clear coat caused paint failure first, and then film failure.
