AZ did exceptional work on both my GE Profile refrigerator (8 yrs old) and an issue with the tube on the GE Profile dryer. Professional and had the parts to do the repair on the spot.
Terrible service. Most incompetent contractor I have ever dealt with. Stay away from this contractor.
They were contracted by Sears Home Warranty Plan to help with our refrigerator, but they are not responsive. After the initial visit that was scheduled via Sears, they were supposed to come back with the parts and do the repair. I called them directly after months of no response, and they were going to check on the part and let me know. That was a couple of months ago! The repairman did not know what he was doing. He was unable to communicate with me the issues due to limited English and was on speaker phone with his manager who walked him through the service. The manager told me that our dryer wasn't working because of an electrical outlet issue. We had to wait another week with a broken dryer to have an electrician come out and tell us that nothing was wrong with the outlet. I would never recommend this incompient "repair" company after our experience. Looking forward to having a company... read more
