AZ Alarm did a fantastic job on my home alarm system. Jim of AZ Alarm returned my e-mail within 1 hour & also included his cell number. I called Jim & we discussed options for my very old home alarm that had stopped working. Jim had a opening that afternoon & came out to our home to review our current alarm & options. Jim contacted his tech while at our home to ensure the options would work. We discussed the pros / cons of the options in a no pressure setting.
