Asavari really knows ayurveda! She helped me regain much energy and relieve joint pain. Previously I was doing many things incorrectly. Simple dietary changes and herbs helped tremendously! Thanks Asavari!!
Ayurveda is vast and complex, and can seem quite daunting even after reading an introductory book or two. The “Foundations of Ayurveda”course offered by Asavari pulled all of this complexity into coherence. It was presented in an organized yet enjoyable format that was very accessible to the layperson, without oversimplifying or avoiding complexity. I would recommend this course to anyone thinking about or embarking on ayurvedic healthcare.
I have a wonderful experience with Dr Asavari Manvikar for my health issues. She took the time to explain the treatment process thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the sessions. The personalized care is excellent. I feel stronger and in less pain now.
