I liked them at first and thought the price was reasonable on brake pad replacement. Unfortunately I got a different vibe on my last visit a few months ago. I asked for the price on spark plug replacement and Richard asked me how much I want to pay, then didn't like my answer and walked away instead of negotiating. Very strange way to do business.
