A friend told me about Jeeva Health and Dr Kumar. As I often travel to India and have experienced the many benefits of Ayurvedic treatments I was excited to check it out. I personally found Dr Kumar to be very knowledgeable and he suggested a great program that would assist me. It was easy to follow and in fact I have found that it has benefited me greatly. The black sesame oil massages are really great.
