Katrina Svoboda Johnson's bodywork and Shirodhara treatments are amazing and help me feel aligned and in balance and I have learned so many new Ayurveda self care practices for body and soul from Laura Smith and Isabel Castro Plus all of the oils and incense smell so good.
This place is a gemstone in the heart of the city. Easy location, peaceful, pleasant and relaxing environment. A good assortment of herbs and medicines for sale. All the most important treatments are available. Both Katrina and Laura are highly qualified and skilled at what they do. Relatable, warm and practical advice and help. Highly recommended!
Katrina is an excellent guide in the ways of Ayurveda. I have done cleanses and body work with her and I always come out feeling better and more in tune with my body. I also I highly recommend her for structural integration work (Rolfing) if you have any imbalances in your body. I always feel welcome and comfortable in the space she has created at the Ayurvedic center.
You could no better in the Northwest than to become a client/personage of the Ayurvedic Health center in Bellingham WA. Katrina, Laura and the rest are skilled, grounded and creative in their approach to wellness and therapeutics.
