Neeru is absolutely amazing at what she does! She goes above and beyond to educate you about every service and always follows up to check in. I got my brow powder procedure done with her, and she nailed it. She understood exactly the look I wanted and delivered perfectly. I also had my Gel X nails done, and now I’m officially a lifelong client!
Her work is very good and she takes her time but she can also be very rude and unorganized. Sometimes she has an attitude which causes her to be snappy with me and I have witnessed this with other clients. It also takes many days for her to message me back regarding appointment times, sometimes she just leaves me on read and never answers.
