What a wonderful place. The staff is amazing , the food is awesome, the panchakarma treatments were so relaxing and healing. Though I could have used another week, I left with a wealth of knowledge and began my healing journey to a new me!!!!!

I completed my yoga teacher training here and am so incredibly grateful for every single person at the Ayurveda Health Retreat. I left the training feeling completely prepared to teach and led a yoga retreat 2 weeks later. Those who run the Retreat truly live the yogic life which is easy to feel and see. They are generous, kind, loving and teach so much more than just the physical practice - they teach Yoga! �
