SUPERB Panchakarma Treatments and delicious, fun Ayuverdic cooking classes. One of the treasures of Santa Fe. Ivy Amar is one of the first people to study Ayurvedic Healing in India and her treatments and offerings are stellar. I've been working with her for years, with both Panchakarma Treatments (heavenly!) and cooking classes whenever she has them.
My experience with Ayurvedic massage treatments was effective, nurturing and blissful. I had a painful neck to hand problem that is now 90% history!!
