My experience with chrissy and her Ayurvedic massages was truly delightful. I loved how she welcomed me into her harmonious and carefully prepared space, filled with calming aromas that set the tone for complete relaxation. I travelled from Cape York into an amazing experience at Chrissy’s house right on the beach in Mackay. I arrived with an open mind and no expectations and was greeted with beautiful cooking, an incredible Shirodhara treatment, abhiyanga massage, and most importantly a safe space to be open and exchange my thoughts and feelings over the weekend. Highly recommend Chrissy from start to finish, from consult to a plan devised and the fantabulous massage and techniques. Invigorating yet relaxing, so good for the soul. Everything is so well thought of from the minute you arrive to the energising cup of herbal tea at the fire place to complete the session.
