I had to go for hip replacement surgery in December so I was looking to get detox before the surgery than I found Shilpika and when for detox in November it helped me so much that I I could see some changes in my body and muscles right after my bodywork and right after my surgery I had no pain in my hip or my back all the bodywork and the supplement she gave me helped a lot Thank you Shilpika
The Ayurveda Wellness House is wonderful! The atmosphere is beautiful and everyone I've encountered there has been extremely kind and welcoming. Having participated in 2 cooking demos and a wellness festival so far (which all were awesome!) I look forward to attending more events in the future.
