Summer Cooking Class- wow! This class was an amazing experience. I learned so much. Shilpika demonstrated several recipes while informing us about the Ayurvedic benefits. She welcomed questions along the way which made the experience even more beneficial. The food was fabulous! It was flavorful, healthy and fulfilling. I left feeling energized not stuffed. Overall, the class was worth the money and time. It was great to connect with Shilpika and other like minded people.
This was my first Ayurvedic cooking experience and it was a great way to learn more about it. Shilpika is a wonderful hostess and cook- the best green beans and beets I’ve ever had, among other equally delicious dishes. All around a great evening with amazing food, easy to understand cooking techniques and really great company!
