they don't know what customer service is... the owner of this place is just horrible human being. if you decide not to buy anything from this place, he just starts insulting you by saying that he can tell by your outfit that you can not afford his rugs.... who does that... have anyone been in this kind of situation...he also looked dirty and was not even wearing proper shirt...unbuttoned
