Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. During my first visit, I called the shop the morning I planned to pick up my car to confirm timing. The woman I spoke to told me they were open until a certain time, so I arrived more than 30 minutes before closing. When I got there, she claimed everyone had already left and my car was blocked in the garage by other vehicles — and she couldn’t move it without help.
