Had a late day appointment, which with my former physician would have been unthinkable. Even her 1st appointments of the day were late. However, with Dr. Beckett I was in the exam room within 5 minutes of when it was scheduled, she was there a couple minutes later. I like how friendly, even at the end of the day, everyone is. On time. Not judgy. Working together as a team. Best decision I made to use this office for my PCP.
So incredibly friendly and such a change from my old doctor!! So glad I made the switch from Memorial to Ochsner. Staff was awseome, Dr. Beckett actually LISTENED to my concerns and then helped me arrive at a plan that is reasonable. So relieved....
