I had an appointment for an echo cardiogram. The registration was quick and easy and my wait was minimal. More importantly, the technician who performed it was superior. She clearly explained everything in advance and updated me throughout the process. She seemed genuinely concerned about me and answered the questions I had mid-procedure. She was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process a nice experience. I highly recommend both her and the facility.
