Tried to book appointment with nurse but unable to just book appointment as needed to go through a triage first which was no good as it is for an ongoing problem then told can’t be booked into local doctors where I had first consult not very happy how you can’t just call doctors and make a booking direct
I cannot believe the service delivered by Aysgath and Denham Medical Centre, if I could give more stars I would. From the receptionists to the doctors all are amazing. Thank you all for what you do it is very much appreciated.
Edited 1/7/25. An update further to the review i left a few years. Nothing has improved with this establishment. With the exception of two notable people, the attitude of the people working here has deteriorated remarkably. No care towards individual concerns and requests regarding my personal medical care and worse still when i raise objections to the proposed ongoing care i got shouted at down the phone as if I'm a naughty school boy refusing to eat my greens. Excellent service. Booked an appointment at 8:30am and got seen at 10:50am same day. Friendly staff and very professional
