I love OSU but this doctor, ugh. I'm a new patient. After much testing, her explanation of results were vague and confusing. I asked for clarification and didn't receive any. I voiced that I felt frustrated instead of showing it in the hopes that I would get something that made sense. She threatened to terminate our visit because, "I'm evidence-based and you need to trust me". Um, you need to earn that trust, especially from new patients. The way to do this? Dr. Eren is incompetent, not up to date with the most recent research and treatment options regarding adrenal insufficiency, and has a habit of (in a round about way) calling her patient a liar. In my opinion, she is heavily biased against you if you look a certain way or have multiple diagnoses. She even told me I was "taking way too much medication for my age." She is rude, dismissive, and will not even entertain suggestions of alternative therapies just because she is not familiar with them. I have never met a doctor in m... read more

Dr Aren is incompetent. She told me to have my nephrologist cure my electrolyte imbalance then wait a year and see her when my test showed an adrenal gland disorder. I sought out a second opinion and again my tests were positive for.adrenal gland disorder. What I feel she did was apply her own personal prejudice against me and to go so far as to do harm.
