She really takes the time to listen to the issue why I am there. This allows her to make the best treatment plan and put me on the path to recovery. I know it will be a long one with several surgeries over time, however if that is what it takes I will do it to get rid of all the pain I am feeling.
My experience was one of the worst in my life. Initially when I wasn't in crisis she was okay, then as my pain increased after my issues continued she showed no empathy and did not listen to my concerns. She told me not to call/message the office a lot because they were very busy and said nothing/literally walked out of the exam room when I was in tears.
