She really takes the time to listen to the issue why I am there. This allows her to make the best treatment plan and put me on the path to recovery. I know it will be a long one with several surgeries over time, however if that is what it takes I will do it to get rid of all the pain I am feeling.
My experience was one of the worst in my life. Initially when I wasn't in crisis she was okay, then as my pain increased after my issues continued she showed no empathy and did not listen to my concerns. She told me not to call/message the office a lot because they were very busy and said nothing/literally walked out of the exam room when I was in tears. Extremely rushed, did not care for my explanation of the issue, and prescribed physical therapy without listening. Her nurse tried to reschedule my appointment 45 minutes prior because she apparently had some meeting to attend. Terrible service and terrible doctor, go elsewhere. Waste of time. Edit: I just found out that they marked a medication I’ve been working out with the insurance as “not taking.” Apparently may affect a prior authorization I was working on. Thanks. Never seeing this doctor again.
