On 12/3/2018 The Appliance Repair Guy came out to repair the Ice/Water Dispenser on my refrigerator. Company supposedly had guarantee of 1 yr on parts and labor. My Check was cased as AYS Appliance the same day. On 6/03/2019 I contacted Wade that the refrigerator was doing the same thing. Requested he come back and look at the fridge, which he never did. The owner was out a wk ago to assess the problem. He then made an appt to return today between 2-4 with the part for my double ovens. At 4 (the end of his 2hr time window) he texted that he would be a little late but was on his way. At 5:30 he texted again saying he could be here between 6- 6:15 but unfortunately I couldnt be home @ that time. He then told me to find a different repair service & hung up on me!
