Very bad managers leaving a vulnerable person that also has medical conditions very descusting for any care team to do such a thing manger on call clearly doesn't care would not recommend if they can do it to 1 vulnerable person then they can do it to a lot more
I've been a carer with Ayrshire Care solutions 8months now and can honestly say ive been a carer for 26 yrs worked many places and have found out that ACS has been the best I have worked for by far, they have fantastic and dedicated staff whom all work as a very close unit to help all service users we attend We listen take time to understand all there needs from personal care to taking them out for lunch or musical minds also centre stage they really enjoy going places with us we're very friendly to service users and enjoy w... read more
