My building had roaches, mold, soiled mattresses out by the dumpster, homeless people getting into the building and a broken buzzer. When I moved out they charged me for being unable to clean (as there was a power outage). They also charged me an extra $27 every month to use rentcafe to pay my rent - which they increased $200 over two years. They are scammers and slumlords. Don't rent from these people.
