This people are the biggest crooks ever. My boss bought an air conditioner from them 3 months ago. It has never been delivered. You can't contact them. Their webpage doesn't exist. They don't answer emails or phone calls. It is a scam. DON'T USE THEM. As soon as the money was paid to them, we never heard from them except for them to offer an upgrade to a Toshiba because "their" air conditioner wasn't available. I've also paid upfront and not received my air conditioner, I've tried many times to contact Albert Nisman but no reply. I've noticed that his business Ayre Conditioning is still advertising on ebay and now selling Toshiba and Carrier units, please be careful your likely to lose your money. I'm also very surprised that major organisations like Toshiba and Carrier are dealing with such a dodgy company. Please don't buy anything from that company, because all their products are the lowest quality and their warranty is just a writing on the paper and you'll never claim anything and as soon as they pick up your money they'll never answer to you on the phone or e-mail. Even company address doesn't exist to be able to go there and complain, they've got only PO Box address. Even if you go to Consumer Affairs, as I did, they can't do anything, you can only go to VCAT ot something like that.
