Left hanging by company after agent left. No longer support their policy holders when agents screwup.
Ayr Mutual was responsible for $16k HST rebate on a new home being denied by stating on their policy that our residence was recreational even though it was clearly our primary residence. They refused to rectify the situation by simply sending a letter clearly starting their policy incorrectly indicated our property was a recreational property. Be careful with this group.
