Pretty responsive staff. Never had a bad experience! My pup loves it here.
If You're looking for a fantastic vet or groomor this is the place to go. Lindsey is hands-on with any animal and I have one cranky mother of a dog... she's like the dog whisper... Jd goes in cranky as ever and he comes out smiling / smelly like Roses.... But no, the staff at Ayr animal hospital...Bends over backwards for u when you walk in and it doesn't matter if you're a client of the vets or the groomers. Every. One is welcomed
I would probably rate this place higher if the staff showed any ounce of competency or sense of urgency. When I'm asking the desk staff about certain meds or protocol involving my dog's well-being, and I'm either being given wrong information or they have no idea what I'm asking, it doesn't really build confidence. And for a private practice that's supposed to be well-renowned, you'd think there wouldn't be such a turn-over of staff or ones who don't walk around like zombies.
