I had the best experience at Ayoub, a fantastic nuts store in Vancouver! Kimia, who I assume runs the place, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The selection is unreal—I tried their pistachios and honey-roasted pecans, and both were bursting with flavor and so fresh.
