We had LVT and new carpet recently installed, and are VERY pleased with the installation teams. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Ayoub. Both teams arrived around 7:45 and got to work immediately. Omar and Jose worked until 6:30 p.m. or so, not rushing or taking any shortcuts to finish early, and the carpets look great. I've used Ayoub to clean my carpets for a couple years. Recently I had them repair three oriental carpets -- fabulous job. I can't even tell where the repair was done. I recently discovered that Ayoub also does carpet sales & install, so I had them come install new carpet in the bottom floor of our house. Ryan Gallahan did a great job with sales, offered a good price, kept us informed about the timeline. The installers showed up right on time and did a great job. Consistly great service and cleaning. We are 2nd generation customers of the Ayoub family.
They did a great job cleaning and repairing 8 oriental rugs for us. They also made new custom pads. The guys who picked up the rugs and then reinstalled them did a superb, professional job.
Super helpful, they did a great job of cleaning the carpet and cleaning our rugs. Our 14 year old carpet did indeed look like new!
Ayoub was friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning pet stains out of our rug.
