RecommendedTim, Scott, and Justin from Ayotte came to our house yesterday. They waterproofed our cellar and part of the basement. Areas that have been a problem for some time. We were very impressed with how thorough and professional they were. They came in prepared both the site and the area of the house they would be walking through. When completed, they thoroughly cleaned the work area. We were very impressed and highly recommend Ayotte.
This morning, after it had been raining all night non stop... I honestly dreaded walking down into the basement. We’ve had major issues with water coming through the ground. They waterproofed our basement and installed an egress window. They were professional, affordable, careful and clean. They also had great communication. We weren’t sure about what kind of waterproofing we need, only where the water leaks were. 😆 It was explained what was wrong and how the different methods work. We were given two estimates; one for the entire perimeter and one for what they thought was necessary. It has now been months through a very rainy year and we haven’t had any problems.
