Jason Ponder is Not a good attorney! Will make you pay all this great amount of money to end up removing himself from the case for low fund . I'm a very low income and he promised me at the beginning to settle my case for not more than $5250 , I paid 4450 and didnt cover anything and they requested $2000 to cover the mediation, I told them that I dont have that much and I dont want the mediation but they refused to stay in the case, and they recommended to seek the legal aid😱😱😱 to help me . This lawyer represented my ex-wife for two-year divorce proceedings against me.
