2 stars because the receptionist was perfect, but the room wait is ridiculous, brought both daughters in for sports physicals and they did them separately along with about 25 minutes in between .
Had to seek care on vacation and they were great. Professional and efficient.
Everyone was so nice - no wait other than 10 minutes for X-ray. Clean fast and efficient. Walk in clinic is amazing
The doctor and staff are over and above. They are knowledgeable and caring. Don't find that often but every person here is fantastic
I have been with this office for 9 years. Andrew is great, but the staff is another story all together. I have called and no one answers the phone nor do they call you back. I have sent emails with no reply and when I have gotten an email saying it was taken care of that was not what really happened. The sad part is they do not care if you have medication or not. They even switched my medication that I have been on for 20 years without a phone call to let me know what was going on. I’m doing this so maybe someone will help m... read more
