She canceled the appointment few times, it is always hard to reschedule it. And when you do reschedule they cancel at the last minute. Last 3 times I drove to the office to talk in person with the secretary about that issue We had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning, they called in the afternoon of the day before saying that the doctor is discharged us! This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I do not recommend this endocrinologist. My experience was very disappointing and concerning. She seemed rushed during my visits, rarely explained my lab results in detail, and often brushed past important information that any thyroid specialist should be well-versed in. I left my appointments feeling unheard, with symptoms dismissed and no clear treatment plan offered. This Dr should get 10 Stars. Great to talk to, listens carefully to you and recommends real world solutions. Fast, effective and efficient caring healthcare at its best. The support staff are also top Notch. If you need an Endocrinologist. This is where you should go. If you don’t live in the area you can use Telemedicine on the Advent health app. Even better, no traveling. Perfect!
