Cruel and dismissive. I developed an autoimmune disease which disrupted my sleep mechanisms. I had 2 sleep studies that showed I didn't enter REM or Deep Sleep yet he only focused on the apnea and selling me a CPAP machine. I did a test that showed it wouldn't work for me (probably because of my disease, it dries everything up). I went to him trying o get sleeping again. I met the doc once, thought he was nice. Offered choice of inhaler v breathing tube. Initially I chose tube, but changed my mind to ask for inhaler. 3 messages asking for inhaler went unanswered. Left 2 messages today to get appt for breathing test. Again no answer, I’m fed up
Dr. Saad has always been compassionate to me. He has guided me through the roughest times with my pulmonary issues. He made sure I had comfortable care when I need it. My favorite thing about his care is he has great sense of humor. Dr. Saad always made sure to help me laugh even when I was feeling like death. He would bring a smile to my face. If that is not the best doctor you can ask for I dont know what is.
For the first time in my life a doctor - Dr. Saad - called me back *personally* as a follow-up on an appointment. Great listener.
