Terrible doctor and staff. They don’t care about your health or well-being. Avoid this place.
I have cancelled all appointments with Dr Elkardy. My experience at this doctor are as stated. The staff is only interested in collecting the copay of $35.00 I had a appointment a day that I didn't have my copay. At the dest the girl stated that I couldn't see the Doctor. I asked her to bill me. My benefits were arriving the next day I told her that I would call my payment in when benefits were posted. The girl stated that without the copay I could not see the doctor. Dr. Alkadery is one of the best doctors I’ve ever known.He treats his patients like family very humble, caring, and genuinely dedicated. He takes his time, listens carefully, and his diagnoses are always spot-on. After knowing him for 6 years, I can confidently say he goes above and beyond to make sure every patient is well cared for. Highly recommended !!!
Terrible doctor and staff, they don't care about your health is a money making operation without patients care. After a few a appointment the doctor walk into the room, he never introduced himself walk in the room wrote a new prescription and left. On my next appointment I ask to talk to the doctor when he walk in the room he seem bother and snappy. After a few month my sugar levels were not even closed to been managed. They office refused to do any medical record documentation or any medical form for my employer. This place... read more
