Appointment was at 11am; I was asked to arrive by 1045am. I arrived at 1030am. Bloodwork was performed. Doctor saw me at 12 noon. I was referred back to lab for an added test. I sat as the lone person in the waiting area for 30 minutes before someone took me for labs. Almost 2 hours was the worst experience I've had in this office.
I definitely enjoyed Dr. Berakat. Very professional and spoke in layman’s terms for me to understand. My problem is the distance that I will need to travel for my chemo. So I’ve decided to stay close to home in Lakeland. Thank you again. Jayne Maxemovich
